You (the buyer), agree that you have read, agreed, and fully comprehend the material presented to you. You also agree that you AGREE to all terms and conditions once you check out, which gives consent that you have read, agreed, and fully comprehend this information.
SHIPPING POLICY -
Please allow 5 - 7 days for us to process your order. Your order will then be shipped and will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days. All order packages will require a signature to ensure you have received your order. Holidays, sales, pandemics, and natural disasters may delay processing and shipping times.
• When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received an email or SMS text about your order shipping, then it has not shipped yet.
• It will take 5 - 7 days for us to process and ship your order. Your order will then be shipped and will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days.
• Shipping time may be extended due to personal and/or world events, that may cause a delay in your order.
Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE PACKAGES ARE RECEIVED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF THIS ITEM. THIS RESPONSIBILITY IS PASSED ON TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY. LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO WILL ONLY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR PACKAGE WHILE IT IS IN OUR HANDS.
Orders will be canceled and refunded if:

DISPUTES/CHARGEBACKS
If you, the buyer, for some reason decided that you want to dispute our order without communicating with us first to fix the problem, you WILL BE BANNED from our site and will not be able to purchase again! Please communicate with us first because we want to make sure all of our clients are satisfied!
We will process a partial forl refund if we, and the client aren't able to come to a mutual understanding. At LUXURY CAPITAL STUDIO we only want to help you the buyer who trust us! If there are any complications, or frustration on either end, we will refund!

RETURNS
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?
You have a maximum of 10 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 10 days after the purchase date. Returns postmarked after 10 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO gift card. Returns are processed within 5 - 7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

The item must be in the same condition as when it was received and you must include all of the original packaging and documentation.

Returns items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please supply your proof of purchase and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from the LUXURYCAPITALSTUDIO. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues.

You will also be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product. The following items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be exchanged in-store.

You can’t return clothes such as bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and “Party Wear” such as customized costumes.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
All final sale items must be paid in full and cannot be returned for a store credit. They neither offer exchanges nor cash refunds but accept returns on behalf of their customers within 15 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your purchase date.

EXCHANGE

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

All items such as : bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
